VetStream is an AI-powered software-as-a-service platform that helps licensed veterinary professionals parse laboratory reports and generate client-facing email communications. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze uploaded lab results and produce draft emails summarizing findings for pet owners.
VetStream is intended solely for use by licensed veterinary professionals. By creating an account and using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are a licensed veterinarian or authorized veterinary professional acting within the scope of your professional practice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. VetStream is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.
VetStream offers multiple subscription tiers: Free (3 parses and 6 emails per month), Starter (100 parses and 200 emails per month), and Pro (unlimited parses and emails). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to VetStream, including lab reports and any content you generate using the Service. VetStream retains all rights to the platform, software, branding, and underlying technology. You grant VetStream a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VetStream and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
In no event shall VetStream's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to VetStream in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
All AI-generated content, including parsed lab results and draft emails, is provided for informational purposes only and must be independently reviewed by a qualified veterinary professional before use. VetStream reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service in a manner that could harm VetStream or other users. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will immediately cease.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the federal or state courts located within the United States.
